Rubber Cork Sandwhich Pads:

Rubber Cork Sandwhich pads are laminated pads having ½” thick close grained cork securely bonded between two layers of ¼” alternate low high ribbed Neoprene rubber pads. These pads offer highest level of sound attenuation and vibration isolation. These pads are no need of bolting. We also have Metal Sandwhich pads which are constructed of a steel plate bonded between Ribbed Anti Vibration pads which are designed for very high load capacity.

Rubber Ribbed Pads :

Rubber Ribbed Pads are available in Natural Rubber with Ribs to ensure the tight and firm grips. These pads are normally used for isolation of vibration and sounds. There are some standard sizes available in 18” x 18” x ¾” thickness. Other smaller sizes are also available in cork.

Full Rubber Waffle Pads:

Full Rubber Waffle Pads are made of Natural Rubber extra thick pad with square modular to ensure maximum load handling capacity. These Pads are available in different sizes. Waffle Pads are easy to install and there is no need of bolting.

Spring Hangers:

Spring Hangers:

Spring Hangers are available in steel powder coating, these are used for prevention of vibration being transmitted to the building structure from the equipment to be suspended. Spring Hangers are suitable for Ventilation Fans , Fan Coil Units etc. Spring Hangers are available in Red, Blue and Yellow colour codes and have different capacities like 50kgs,100kgs, 130 kgs and 200 kgs and 300 kgs.

A.V.Hangers:

A.V.Hangers are suitable for hanging Air Handling Units. A.V Hangers are steel powder coated housing with rubber element. Suitable for suspended mechanical equipments. Load factor 50 kgs with 8 mm deflection at full load. Also available as per requirements.

Duct Mounts:

Duct Mounts are constructed of a Neoprene Element encased with two steel caps.

Spring Mounts:

Spring Mounts are available in single or double spring version with mount as per the requirement. The Body of the Spring Mounts is in cast iron casting with spring in Steel Zinc Electro Plated or powder coated. Different coloured springs are used for identification for different load capacity for easy identification. The Mounts are available with levelling bolt and rubber base to eliminate vibration.

Neoprene Floor Mounts:

Neoprene Floor Mounts are Rubber bonded to steel base in one piece moulding. These are suitable for mounting on floor. Available load capacity is 50 kgs to 70 kgs but also available in higher capacity on request. These mounts are used as an economic solution for noise and vibration control.
